For property, education and purpose-led organisations
When someone asks ChatGPT where to live, where to study or who to support, does it name you?
More than a billion people now ask ChatGPT for advice every week. Which building to rent. Which university to apply to. Which charity to trust with a gift. Rising Force makes sure the answer includes you, then turns that attention into viewings, applications and pledges.
30 minutes. No deposit. No obligation.
- Competitor A, six minutes’ walk to Piccadilly, dogs welcome, residents’ gym source
- Competitor B, popular with young professionals, roof terrace and co-working source
- Competitor C, newer building with strong resident reviews source
In partnership with Studio Jouvay, the brand, design and marketing studioA two-minute experiment
Try this before you read another word.
Open ChatGPT. Type the question your next resident, applicant or supporter would type.
“Which build-to-rent buildings in Manchester take dogs?”
“Which UK universities are best for zoology?”
“Which animal charities could I leave a gift to in my will?”
Read the answer. Count the names it gives.
If yours is among them, congratulations. You are in a small minority, and this page will tell you how to stay there.
If it isn’t, ChatGPT hasn’t taken against you. It simply hasn’t been given a reason to mention you. Somebody else has given it one.
That matters, because the person asking isn’t browsing. They are about to book a viewing, start an application or make a gift, and they will very likely choose one of the names on the screen.
How AI decides
Why AI recommends some places, schools and causes, and ignores others.
AI doesn’t read your website the way a renter, a parent or a donor does. It reads it the way a researcher does, looking for facts it can repeat with confidence.
Most websites are written to be admired. Beautiful photography. Lyrical copy. Vibrant, inspiring, community-led. Lovely to look at, and almost impossible to quote.
And much of the best work isn’t on the website at all. Hoardings, prospectuses, brochures, donor walls. People love them. AI can’t read a word of them.
Whether you are recommended comes down to three questions.
Can AI read you?
If AI crawlers can’t reach your site, or your rents, entry requirements and ways to give sit inside PDFs, dropdowns and booking widgets, you don’t exist to them. This is plumbing. On most websites, it is quietly broken.
Can AI quote you?
AI repeats facts: how much, how far, who it suits, what it leads to, where the money goes. “Seven minutes to the station, dogs welcome” gets repeated. “Vibrant community living” gives it nothing to repeat.
Does anyone vouch for you?
AI trusts what independent sources say about you more than what you say about yourself. Reviews, rankings, property portals, press and public registers carry real weight.
We fix all three. Most organisations have never been told the first two exist.
The honest case
Is it worth doing now?
A fair question, and it deserves a straight answer. AI search is still smaller than Google. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. But three facts are difficult to ignore.
now works inside ChatGPT. Renters can search homes to let, build-to-rent included, without leaving the conversation.1
of prospective international students use or plan to use AI to choose their university, up from 35% a year earlier.2
fall in views of one UK health charity’s leukaemia page in a year, as AI answers replaced the click. Being the source is no longer enough. You need to be named.3
Every channel gets dearer once everyone arrives.
Google did. Facebook did. This one will too.
The organisations that claim their ground early tend to keep it.
Who we help
Three sectors where the answer is worth the most.
People don’t ask AI which building, which degree or which charity on a whim. They ask when a big decision is close. These are the organisations we work with.
Be the scheme AI suggests.
Renters now describe the life they want, not the postcode. We make sure AI can find your building, quote its facts and recommend it, from hoarding to fully let.
Property Schools, colleges & universitiesGet on the shortlist before the open day.
Applicants and parents build shortlists with AI. We make sure it has your courses, entry requirements and outcomes right, and names you.
Education CharitiesBe the cause AI trusts.
Donors ask AI who to trust, and where a gift in a will would do the most good. We make sure your impact is written as facts AI can stand behind.

The 14-Day AI Visibility Sprint
Fourteen days of focused work that makes your organisation easier for AI to find, read, quote and recommend. One fee, paid once. No retainer, nothing to renew, and no ad spend.
AI can find and read every page that matters
We set up crawler access, structured data and machine-readable information, so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI understand exactly who you are, what you offer and where you are. Nobody sees this work. Everything depends on it.
Your key pages, rewritten as facts AI can repeat
We rebuild your three to five most important pages around clear, specific, supportable facts: rents and amenities, entry requirements and outcomes, impact and where the money goes. You approve every word.
Fair, structured answers to “X or Y?”
People ask AI to compare: this building or that one, this course or that, this charity or another. We build the comparison content AI draws on, so you sit at the centre of the questions people are already asking.
A before-and-after visibility report
We record who AI recommends for your area, subject or cause on day one, then run the same questions on day thirty. You see, in plain figures, what moved.
Baseline. We record who AI recommends for your questions today.
Live. Every change implemented, approved and handed over.
Report. Same questions, same engines. What changed.
Cover. If the platforms change the rules, we update your work free.
Paid once. No retainer, no monthly commitment, and the work is yours for good. One sprint covers one building, one department or one charity’s giving journeys. One extra let, one extra student or one gift in a will would pay for it several times over.
Founding rate: £2,950 for the first ten organisations this winter.
Our promise
If the platforms move the goalposts, we move your work. Free.
AI platforms change how they choose their sources, often without notice. If ChatGPT or any major AI engine changes the rules within 90 days of your sprint, we update your work at no cost.
The platform risk is ours, not yours.
In partnershipIn partnership with Studio Jouvay
Remembered by people. Repeated by AI.
Studio Jouvay is a brand, design and marketing studio for property, education and purpose-led organisations: the identities, hoardings, prospectuses and campaigns that make people care.
Together we offer something neither of us could alone. Studio Jouvay builds a brand worth recommending. We make sure AI can find it, quote it and recommend it, then put paid media behind it where that makes sense.

Three ways to work with us
Start safe. Spend only when there’s something to beat.
Most organisations start with the sprint: one fee, no ad spend, nothing to renew. Some want us watching over their visibility every month. A few are ready for paid media, and for them we bring the same discipline to every pound. Every step after the first is optional.

Fit
Who we work with, and who we don’t.
We are selective because the work only pays when the organisation behind it is sound.
We work best with
- Build-to-rent operators, developers and asset managers
- Lettings and estate agents with a local reputation to protect
- Universities, colleges and independent schools
- Charities with an active fundraising or legacy programme
- Museums, clubs and community organisations with something worth recommending
- Anyone with a live or launching scheme, an admissions cycle or a fundraising goal
We are not for
- Anyone who wants AI to say things they can’t evidence
- Anyone hoping AI is a shortcut around a poor place, course or service
- Political or campaigning work on contested issues
- Organisations that want impressions, not outcomes
Questions
What sensible people ask us.
Do we need a retainer after the sprint?
No. The sprint is complete in itself: one fee, and the work is yours for good. Some organisations later choose our AI Growth Concierge because they want us watching over their visibility every month. It is entirely optional, and we only offer it once the sprint has shown what it can do.
Isn’t this just SEO with a new name?
It overlaps, and most of what we do helps your Google rankings too. But AI engines choose sources differently. They favour facts over keywords, structure over length, and independent verification over volume. SEO agencies rarely do this work, because until recently nobody asked them to.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend us?
No. Nobody can, and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise. AI answers vary from one conversation to the next. What we guarantee is the work, the measurement, and 90 days of cover if the platforms change.
How do you measure something that changes every time you ask?
The same way pollsters measure opinion. We run the questions people ask about your area, subject or cause many times across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews, and track how often you are named. We call it your share of the answer.
We’re a charity. Do we need an ad budget?
No. The sprint has no media cost at all. If paid media makes sense later, we’ll point you to the free options first, such as Google Ad Grants, before you spend a penny.
What about the rules in our sector?
Every fact we publish is written to the CAP Code and to your sector’s own rules: Trading Standards guidance on material information for lettings, CMA consumer-law guidance for universities, and the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice for charities. We would rather you were quoted accurately than corrected publicly.
We already have an agency. Will this clash?
No. We work alongside brand studios, web teams and in-house marketers, and we share everything we change. We don’t redesign anything; we make what’s there readable to AI. Most agencies find it makes their own work go further.
What do you need from us?
About two hours of your team’s time across the fortnight: a kick-off call, access to your website, and one person to approve copy. We do the rest.
Which website platforms do you work with?
WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify and most custom builds. If your site has a content management system, we can work with it.
Can ChatGPT Ads work for us instead?
It depends on your sector. OpenAI currently accepts education advertisers, so universities, colleges and schools can reach parents and applicants there. Property and charity fundraising aren’t among its allowed categories at the moment. We check your eligibility against the live policy before you spend a penny, which is one reason most organisations start with the sprint.
The next step
Book a 30-minute call
Before we speak, we run the ChatGPT Test on your organisation. On the call, we walk you through it: the questions your residents, applicants or supporters are asking, who AI recommends, and where you stand.
If we can help, we’ll tell you exactly how, and what it costs. If we can’t, we’ll tell you that too.
P.S.Try the test yourself tonight. Ask ChatGPT the question your next resident, applicant or supporter would ask. If your name comes up, splendid; you may not need us. If it doesn’t, someone else’s does.
