Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains how Rising Force LLC (“Rising Force”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit gorisingforce.com, book a call with us, request The ChatGPT Test, or work with us as a client, partner or supplier. It also explains your rights and how to use them.
The short version
- We collect what we need to talk to you and do good work: usually your name, work email, company and website, plus what you tell us on calls.
- We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website. It is not used to show you ads.
- We never sell your personal information.
- We are a US company, so your information is processed in the United States, with safeguards in place for UK and EEA data.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing michael@gorisingforce.com.
1. Who we are
Rising Force LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We provide AI search visibility, ChatGPT advertising, paid social and fractional growth services to established brands, mainly in the UK.
For the personal information described in this policy, we are the “controller”. That means we decide how and why it is used, and we are responsible for looking after it.

2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to personal information about:
- visitors to our website;
- people who book a call, request The ChatGPT Test or contact us;
- the staff and contacts of our prospective and current clients;
- our partners, suppliers and referrers; and
- people who receive emails from us.
Data we handle on behalf of clients
When we deliver services, we sometimes work with personal information that belongs to our clients, for example customer lists used to build advertising audiences, or data inside a client’s ad, analytics or e-commerce accounts. In that work we act as a “processor” for the client. We only use that information on the client’s instructions and under our client agreement, and the client’s own privacy notice explains how it is used. If you are one of our client’s customers, please contact the client directly.
Other websites and services
Our website links to services run by other companies, such as Calendly for booking calls. Those companies are responsible for their own sites and their own privacy practices.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- When you book a call. Our booking page is run by Calendly. We receive your name, email address, company, website, the time you chose, your time zone and your answers to any booking questions (for example, what you would like help with).
- When you request The ChatGPT Test. Your brand name, website, product category, competitors you would like compared, and the contact details we should send the results to.
- On calls and by email. Anything you choose to share with us, such as your business goals, marketing results and challenges, and the notes we take. If we would like to record a call or use an AI note-taker, we will ask you at the start, and you can say no.
- If you become a client. Names, job titles and contact details of your team, billing contact and address, invoices and payment records, contract details, and the access you give us to your ad, analytics or website accounts. Wherever a platform allows it, we ask for access through its own user or partner permissions rather than asking for passwords.
- If you are a partner or supplier. Business contact details and the details of our work together.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics. Google Analytics collects information about how you use our website, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, how you arrived (for example, from a search engine or a link), your approximate location (city or country), and your device type, browser and screen size. It uses cookies and a randomly generated identifier, not your name or email address. See section 5.
- Server logs. Our website is hosted by Netlify. To deliver and secure the site, Netlify processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of each request.
Information from other sources
- Referrals. If a partner (for example, a publication or agency we work with) introduces you to us, they may pass on your name, contact details and what you are interested in.
- Public business information. To prepare for a call or run The ChatGPT Test, we look at publicly available information about your brand, such as your website, social media and LinkedIn pages, press coverage, public ad libraries, and what AI assistants say about your brand.
Information we don’t need
We don’t need sensitive information such as health details, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation, and we ask you not to send it. Many of our clients are wellness brands. Please don’t share health information about yourself or your customers with us unless we have first agreed in writing how it will be handled.
4. How we use it and why
UK and EU data protection law requires us to have a “lawful basis” for each way we use personal information. This table sets out what we do, and the basis we rely on.
| What we do | Information used | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Arrange and hold the calls you book, and answer your enquiries | Booking details, emails, call notes | Steps you asked us to take before entering a contract; our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries |
| Prepare and send you The ChatGPT Test | Brand details, contact details, public information about your brand | Steps you asked us to take; our legitimate interest in showing prospective clients how we can help |
| Deliver our services and manage our relationship with clients | Client team contact details, account access, project communications | Performance of our contract with the client; our legitimate interest in working with the client’s staff to deliver it |
| Invoice, keep accounts and meet tax obligations | Billing details, invoices, payment records | Performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations |
| Measure and improve how our website is used | Google Analytics data | Your consent, where the law requires it; otherwise our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website |
| Run, secure and fix our website | Server logs | Our legitimate interest in keeping our website available and secure |
| Send occasional updates about our services and insights | Name, work email | Our legitimate interest in promoting our business to business contacts, or your consent where the law requires it (see section 11) |
| Improve our services, for example by spotting trends across ChatGPT Test results | Aggregated or anonymised information | Our legitimate interest in developing our services |
| Deal with legal claims, meet regulatory requirements and protect our rights | Any relevant information | Compliance with legal obligations; our legitimate interest in protecting our business |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced our interests against yours, and you can object at any time (see section 10). We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
We use AI tools in our work, including to run The ChatGPT Test. We aim to keep personal information out of AI prompts. Where we use AI tools for client work, we use settings that stop the provider from training its models on what we enter.
5. Cookies and Google Analytics
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We use cookies set by Google Analytics to understand how our website is used, for example which pages are most read and where visitors come from. This helps us improve the site. We use Google Analytics only for measurement. We don’t use it to build advertising audiences or to show you ads.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Tells visits from different browsers apart using a random identifier | 2 years |
_ga_<ID> | Google Analytics | Keeps track of the current session | 2 years |
We may also set a small, strictly necessary cookie that remembers your cookie choices, so we don’t ask you again on every page.
Where the law requires it, for example for visitors in the UK and EEA, we only set analytics cookies if you agree. You can change your mind at any time by:
- using the cookie settings on our website, where available;
- installing Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on; or
- blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings.
Google provides Google Analytics as our service provider. You can read more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
When you click “Book a call”, you go to Calendly’s website, which uses its own cookies. See Calendly’s privacy notice for details.
6. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business and only use the information on our instructions: Calendly (call booking), Google Analytics (website analytics), Netlify (website hosting), and our providers for email, calendar, video calls, document storage, accounting, invoicing and payments, and the AI tools described in section 4.
- Advertising and AI platforms, for clients. When we manage campaigns for a client, we work inside the client’s own accounts on platforms such as Meta, OpenAI and Google. Those platforms handle that data under their terms with the client.
- Referral partners. If a partner introduced you, we may tell them whether you booked a call or became a client, so they know the introduction was handled. We don’t share what we discussed.
- Professional advisers, such as our lawyers, accountants and insurers, where they need it to advise or protect us.
- Authorities and others, where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Rising Force, our clients or others.
- A buyer or successor, if we sell or merge all or part of our business. They would have to keep using your information in line with this policy.
7. International transfers
Rising Force LLC is based in the United States, so information you give us is processed in the US. Our service providers may also process it in the US and in other countries. Data protection law in those countries may differ from the law where you live.
Where UK or EEA personal information is transferred to our service providers outside the UK or EEA, we rely on recognised safeguards. Depending on the provider, these include the UK–US “data bridge” (the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for more detail at any time.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, then we delete or anonymise it.
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Enquiries, booking details and call notes, if you don’t become a client | Up to 24 months after our last contact |
| ChatGPT Test requests and results | Up to 24 months after we send the results |
| Client contracts, project files and correspondence | For the length of the engagement, then up to 7 years |
| Invoices and financial records | 7 years, to meet tax and accounting rules |
| Google Analytics data | No more than 14 months |
| Marketing opt-outs | For as long as needed to respect your choice (we keep only your email address) |
| Website server logs | In line with Netlify’s standard log retention |
We may keep information for longer if we need it to deal with a legal claim or a regulator’s request.
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. These include encrypted connections to our website, limiting access to the people who need it, two-factor authentication on our key business accounts, and choosing established service providers. When an engagement ends, we stop using our access to the client’s accounts and ask the client to remove it.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant regulator where the law requires us to.
10. Your rights
If you are in the UK or EEA
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information in certain circumstances;
- restrict how we use your information in certain circumstances;
- object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
- data portability, meaning you can receive information you gave us in a commonly used format, or ask us to send it to someone else; and
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent. This doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
If you are in the United States
Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, and to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of it. You may also have the right to opt out of the “sale” of personal information, its use for targeted advertising, and certain profiling. We don’t sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. If we decline a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our decision. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights. You can also use an authorised agent to make a request for you.
How to make a request
Email michael@gorisingforce.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity before we act. Requests are free in most cases. We will reply within one month, or within 45 days where US state law applies. If a request is complex and the law allows us more time, we will tell you within that period.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and let you know the outcome.
You also have the right to complain to a regulator:
- UK: the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
- EEA: the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
- US: the attorney general or privacy regulator in your state.
11. Marketing emails
We may occasionally email business contacts about our services, insights or events, where the law allows. If you are a sole trader or gave us a personal email address, we will only do so with your consent, or if you enquired about or bought similar services from us and were given the chance to opt out at the time. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also opt out at any time by emailing us. Opting out won’t stop emails we need to send about an enquiry or an engagement.
12. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not aimed at anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we start using a new tool or the law changes. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on our website, and we will email current clients.
